Calibrator은 유량혼합법과 GPT(Gas Phase Titration)법을 이용한 것으로 순수 성분가스와 희석가스의 유량을 변화시켜 혼합함으로써 희석에 의해 원하는 농도의 Standard Gas를 공급할 수 있도록 설계했다.
또한, O3Photo Cell이 장착되어 생산된 오존의 농도를 Feed-back하여 정확하고 재현성 있는 오존 분석기를 교정할 수 있다.
