이산화탄소농도 상승시험장치 (Carbon dioxide content of the inhaled air) CD-02S

본 시험장치는 방진, 방독마스크의 이산화탄소농도 상승값 측정을 목적으로 설계된 것으로 인공적으로 호흡을 시뮬레이션 한 호흡모의장치를 이용하여 인두에 5%의 이산화탄소를 보내서 마스크를 장착했을 때와 장착하지 않았을 때의 이산화탄소농도를 비교하여 마스크 면체의 이산화탄소 상승값을 구한 것입니다. 마스크를 장착할 시험대는 JIS규격에 준한 인두를 이용하여 입구부에 호흡모의장치를 접속하고 있습니다. 호흡은 피스톤의 왕복운동에 따라서 정현파 형상의 흡배기를 만들어 내고 흡배기 속도와 1회 흡배기량을 가변할 수 있는 기구를 가지고 있습니다. 시험가사의 주입부터 측정, 가스의 회수까지 일련의 조작이 패널 상에서 가능하고 측정 시의 흡배기는 피스톤 운동과 연동하여 시험가스의 포집이 가능한 시스템의 구성이 되어진 장치입니다. 또, 인두에 차압측정 포트를 설계하고 있어서 정현파 호흡의 마스크 면체 내의 차압을 모니터 하는 것도 가능합니다.

The model CD-02S is designed to measure carbon dioxide concentration increase inside a disposable or reusable respirator. using Artificial Lung Simulator Model BS-05, CD-02S sends 5% carbon dioxide to the manikin head form as exhaled air, and the manikin inhales ambient air including the exhaled CO2 inside the donned respirator. By measuring and comparing inhaled CO2 concentration with and without a face mask, the CO2 increase value is determined. A face-mask generally needs to be as small as possible because bigger the space the more carbon dioxide will fill inside the face-mask. the manikin head form to which the masks and respirators fitted conforms to JIS standards, and the respiration simuloator is connected to manikin’s two intake and outtake mouth cavities

The carbon dioxide concentration increase value is calculated using the following formula.
