The Nicolet iN10 MX FTIR chemical imaging microscope features an
efficient, integrated, optical design for optimal performance in all
types of micro-FTIR applications. The high optical throughput of the
built-in spectrometer system allows analysis of samples as small as 50
microns with its microscopy-optimized room temperature detector. Liquid
nitrogen detectors, either single channel or in linear array
configuration greatly increases the speed and sensitivity of the
microscope for small spot analysis and ultra-fast chemical imaging.
The Nicolet iN10MX is fully automated and software controlled.
The powerful OMNIC Picta™ software interface provides a truly intuitive
interface and it is specifically designed streamline data collection and
analysis procedures. The iN10 MX automatically configures itself simply
by choosing transmission, reflectance, or micro-ATR sampling.
Inexperienced and expert personnel alike will measure samples reliably,
consistently and with minimum learning requirements.
The Nicolet iN10 MX infrared microscope is also designed to provide the
highest confidence in the results. The True-view aperture clearly
establishes the exact of region of the specimen associated with spectral
data. OMNIC Picta software is compatible with both Val-Pro and Omnic DS
Data Security packages for system qualification, performance testing,
and 21 CFR Part 11 digital records compliance.
